Withdraw from contract

14 days, no reason needed

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you place your order. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Digital content: when the right ends

Our music is digital content supplied by download. The right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download begins, provided that, before paying, you expressly requested the immediate supply of the digital content, acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, and received our confirmation of this agreement by email.

We ask for this agreement at checkout, with a box you must tick, and include it in your order confirmation email. If you have not downloaded any file from your order yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days. Free downloads involve no payment, so no withdrawal is needed.

What happens after you withdraw

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Access to the downloads of the order is disabled as soon as your withdrawal is registered.

Faulty or not-as-described files

Your legal rights for digital content that is faulty, incomplete, cannot be downloaded or does not match its description are not affected by the end of the right of withdrawal. In these cases, contact us and we will fix the problem, supply the file again or refund you, as provided by law.

Customers outside the EU and the UK

If you live outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, the consumer law of your country applies. Once a download has started, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind, but files that are faulty, incomplete, cannot be downloaded or do not match their description are always fixed, supplied again or refunded.

You can also inform us of your decision to withdraw with any clear statement sent by email or post to the address below. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
